Project Profiles
Donley’s Restoration Group completed the work at 55 Public Square in Downtown Cleveland, OH. Completed in 1958, the property consists of a 300-foot tower with an attached 8-level parking garage. Donley’s design-build work consisted of the complete structural restoration of the garage followed by traffic membrane application across all levels.
The $11.4M project consisted of a 130,000 sq. ft. addition and the renovation of 100,000 sq. ft. of the historic building. Our scope included:
- 6 Levels Of CIP slabs for the new addition
- New shear walls in the existing building
- 500+ CY of renovated foundations, foundation walls, columns, and framed slabs
