Whether we are placing concrete on a 30-story building or restoring the concrete on a 40-year-old parking deck, our commitment to succeeding together with our clients and partners remains the same. Our focus is on delivering and sustaining our client's vision through our people, safety, solutions and performance.

About Donley's
Project Profiles
Structural concrete is our core competency. Our work on the Morrison Yard development included a cast-in-place frame for a ten-story apartment building and a two-story podium deck with a total of 17,755 cubic yards of concrete.
This mixed-use project includes a market, restaurant space, offices, and a coffee shop. Utilizing our own formwork, Donley's was able to mobilize in three-weeks and begin forming.
Donley's has extensive experience on water treatment plant projects. The Sam's Branch Water Reclamation Facility in Clayton, North Carolina was the most capital-intensive project in the town's history, creating a wastewater facility with the capacity for up to 6 million gallons a day.
Its scope included bioreactors, pump stations, and aeration basins.
Client Testimonials
“We specifically used Donley's as a model for other subs regarding safety and cleanliness at our site, they set the standard.”
“Donley's, led by Colin Tudor and his team, was a major asset to our organization the past few years and specifically our Waterfront project as we moved through the building structure. We will be working with their team in future whenever possible.”

“Donley's does what it takes to go above and beyond for their own quality as well as help others. This especially shined through with the use of drone survey for QA/QC of sleeve placements prior to slabs being poured.”
