Donley’s is working with Hourigan Group on The Eddy Apartments project in Richmond, Virginia. Located at 103 E. 2nd Street in Richmond’s Manchester neighborhood, The Eddy will be a 6-story, 217,066-SF multifamily development that will consist of one level of cast-in-place concrete podium and five levels of wood framing. Once complete, the building will house 177 units, amenity space, a parking garage, and an approximately 6,000 SF courtyard space atop the CIP podium, including an elevated swimming pool.
