Donley’s worked with Clancy & Theys on the Hyatt House (Seaboard Station Block A) project in Raleigh, North Carolina. This project was the second component of the Seaboard Station mixed-use development and included a 149-room hotel, 75 apartments, and 11,300 square feet of retail on the corner of Peace and Halifax Streets.
