Donley’s is providing concrete services for the expansion of the Pendleton Clemson
Wastewater Treatment Plant. This expansion will support the area’s growth and improve
the plant’s efficiency by increasing capacity to 7.5 million gallons per day (MGD) and
updating the treatment process from an extended air plant to an anaerobic, anoxic, and
aerobic A²O process.

Donley’s scope of work includes:

• Headworks
• Digester
• Infuent pump station
• Electrical building pad
• Filters building pad
• Biological nutrient removal basin pad
• Site retaining walls and sidewalks
