Donley’s Restoration Group is serving as Design Assist Subcontractor to repair and upgrade Cuyahoga County’s 40-year-old parking structure, Huntington Parking Garage, located at Lakeside Avenue and West 3rd Street in downtown Cleveland. The 1,100-space, 4-level garage provides parking for the Justice Center, Cuyahoga County Courthouse, Cleveland Convention Center, and the new Hilton Cleveland Downtown Hotel.

Scope includes extensive structural concrete repairs, waterproofing, and various upgrades to meet ADA compliance standards.  Full depth beam replacement occurred 50 ft. above grade and was shored during demolition and replaced after, to allow parking operations to continue. The Huntington Parking Garage project is scheduled for completion in late summer 2017. The contract is valued at over $10 million, making it DRG’s largest project to date.
