Hanahan Water Treatment Plant
Donley’s provided formwork and place/finish services for Sedimentation Basins 9/11
and the Settled Water Effuent Flume, which replaced aging infrastructure and optimized
the coagulation and flocculation processes to better serve over 400,000 residents in the
Charleston area.
Donley’s scope of work consisted of:
- Two large cast-in-place tank structures consisting of 7,844 cubic yards of concrete
- 137,000 square feet of vertical walls and columns.
This water treatment project was completed within an aggressive schedule.
