Located on the southeast corner of First and Main Streets in historic downtown Louisville, this parking deck was constructed to meet the demand created by development in the area and events at the waterfront and convention center.

The structure features a mostly brick facade with stone and curved arches at ground level that complement the architectural character of the surrounding buildings. A distinctive glass stair and elevator tower anchors the northwest corner of the deck. The facility includes about 12,000 sq. ft. of retail space at the ground level.
