Donley’s provided concrete services for the new construction of the East Perry Wastewater Treatment Facility in East Perry, Georgia.

Situated on a 46-acre greenfield site, the facility will treat up to 2.5 million gallons of wastewater per day when it opens in late 2026, with the capacity to expand to 10 million gallons. It will support new homes, businesses, and a planned industrial park, while utilizing advanced processes to remove organic loads, ammonia, phosphorus, and nitrates. Treated water will also be available for potential reuse in the region.
