Donley’s is providing concrete services for Raleigh’s new city hall, East Civic Tower. Designed to reflect Raleigh’s status as a 21st Century City of Innovation, the 17-story structure will bring municipal offices, council chambers, conference facilities, a staff health center, and an art gallery under one roof.

In addition, the tower will contribute to Raleigh’s growing skyline.
