Donley’s is working with Balfour Beatty on the E River Parking Garage by Marriott in Savannah’s historic district in Georgia. This 316-space parking facility represents Phase 2 of the River Street East development, a mixed-use complex that will feature hotels, retail outlets, and riverfront dining options.

Donley’s scope of work includes foundations and walls for a precast parking garage supporting the AC Marriott Hotel development.
