Donley’s is working with Clancy & Theys Construction on Dix Park A. This project will be part of The Weld, a 1,200-unit mixed-used development at the southern edge of Dix Park that comprises two main structures: Ray (referred to as Dix Park A) and The Holston. Dix Park A is planned to offer a total of 392 residential units as well as eight townhomes complemented by a pool deck with scenic views of Dix Park.

Donley’s role in this project is focused on delivering a Turnkey Multilevel Full Frame.
