Donley’s is working with Hourigan on the Chasen Apartments project in Virginia. Located in Richmond’s Scott’s Addition neighborhood, building and neighborhood residents will have access to over 5,350 sq. ft. of retail space and a publicly accessible pocket park. As part of the project, all three buildings will include an enhanced streetscape, including trees and ornamental lighting in front of all buildings. Amenities will include co-working space with private offices and conference room, a sky lounge with views of downtown Richmond, a resort-style zero edge pool, bike storage with repair stations, and more.
