Donley’s is working with Leopardo on the Bolivar Road Apartments in Downtown Cleveland, Ohio. The 7-story apartment building located between Playhouse Square and the Gateway sports complex will offer 184-units. The luxury development includes amenities such as a fitness center, bike storage, secure garage parking, a sun deck with a resort-style pool, plus ground-floor retail.

The project includes new construction on the east side and an addition over an existing parking garage on the west. Our scope includes:

• Spread footings & column pads
• Columns
• 30,000 sq. ft. of slab on grade
• 30,000 sq. ft. of structural deck over an existing parking garage on the west side
• Second & third level structural decks on the east side about 30,000 sq. ft. each
