Donley’s is working Balfour Beatty on the AC Hotel by Marriott Savannah Historic District/Riverfront in Georgia. The 170-unit hotel will be located on the east end of River Street overlooking the Savannah River.  AC Hotel by Marriott Savannah Historic District/Riverfront will feature a rooftop bar and dining experience with panoramic views of the Savannah River and will be open to the public. The amenities throughout the property include over 4,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, valet parking, and large fitness center. 

Donley’s scope of work includes the forming, placing, reinforcing, and pumping of concrete for a 9-story CIP Post Tension Hotel.
