Donley’s was the General Contractor for this 1,628-car parking structure, located within the University Hospitals district, serving both staff and visitors. Constructed of post-tensioned, cast-in-place concrete, the eight supported levels have horizontal traffic surfaces finished with micro-silica concrete. Vertical passenger access to each parking level within the 500,000 sq. ft. structure is achieved via two glass-enclosed stair towers equipped with electric traction elevators. Exterior walls are open above concrete sill walls to permit natural ventilation and exposed concrete vertical wall surfaces are natural concrete.
