Donley’s worked with Turner Brownstone on the new International African American Museum in Charleston. The project is new construction of a 41,760 square foot elevated building, containing 22,280 square feet of exhibit space and 10,175 square feet of support and research space on the main floor with a 7,610 square feet of office/mechanical penthouse.
