Donley’s Concrete Group was hired by CF Evans Construction to provide concrete service for the Still Hopes Retirement Center Phase 2 Independent Living Building.  Our concrete services on the project, located  in West Columbia, South Carolina, include a basement parking garage, five stories of retirement community living and a 1-story cast-in-place roof.  By the conclusion of the project in January 2020, we will have placed 13,338 cubic yards of concrete for the 293,000 square foot facility.
