Donley’s worked with Thalle Construction Company on Sam’s Branch Water Reclamation Facility in Clayton, North Carolina. Marked as the most capital-intensive project in the town’s history, this wastewater facility will have the capacity for up to 6 million gallons a day upon its expected completion in 2026.

Our scope of work included:

• Bioreactor – Mat Slab FDNs/Walls/Columns/Elevated Slabs/Walkway Slabs/Elevated Walls
• Influent Pump Station (IPS) – Mat Slab and FDNs/Walls/Columns/Elevated Slabs
• Headworks Building (Headworks) – Mat Slab FDN/Walls/Columns/Elevated Slabs
