Donley’s is working with Clancy & Theys Construction on Dix Park B. Dix Park B will be part of The Weld, a 1,200-unit mixed-used development at the southern edge of Dix Park and comprises two main structures: Ray and The Holston (referred to as Dix Park B). Dix Park B, or The Holston, is designed to feature 283 high-rise residential units, complemented by amenities such as a pool deck, a gym, a sauna, and eight townhomes. Additionally, Dix Park B plans to incorporate a coworking space, catering to the evolving needs of its residents by blending living and working environments.

Donley’s role in this project is focused on delivering a Turnkey Multilevel Full Frame.
