Donley’s is working with Gilbane Building Company on the Van Aken Phase II project in Shaker Heights, Ohio. The Van Aken District Phase II project is a 228-unit dual tower apartment high-rise in Shaker Heights’ Van Aken District. The project consists of 19-story and 16-story residential towers connected via bridges on L5-L8 and L12-L15 as well as a 3.5-story parking garage.

Our scope of work includes shallow foundations, basement walls, shear walls, garage crash walls, slabs on grade, tower/bridge/garage PT structural slabs, CIP stairs, curbs, waterproofing, and garage traffic striping.
