Donley’s is currently working with Brasfield & Gorrie on the Hayes Barton Place project in Raleigh, North Carolina. Hayes Barton Place will be an upscale senior living facility, constructing 214 residences with classic Georgian-style architecture as well as 88 private healthcare accommodations for assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing with state-of-the-art, on-site rehabilitation services.

Our scope of work includes the turnkey construction of a seven (7) level Senior Living facility. The turnkey scope includes over 600,000 SF of CIP Framed Slabs.
