Please join us in congratulating Josh Morris on his promotion to Operations Manager in our Virginia market.  

Josh joined Donley’s full-time in 2015 after completing four co-op assignments over a two-year period.  He started as a Project Engineer, and quickly moved through the Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent positions before taking on his current role as Project Manager.  

Over the last two years, Josh has taken on additional responsibilities because of his particular interest in the “field” side of the construction business. He has worked on the allocation of manpower as well as supporting and managing our place and finish operations.

As we continue to grow the business, we are committed to creating opportunities for the growth and development of all team members. Congratulations Josh!
