Requirements:

• At least 10 years of progressively responsible roles in concrete construction and construction management
• Ability to lead a project team with the project executive and represent Donley's to the client
• Understanding of job costing and productivity/profitability tracking
• Ability to delegate project tasks as appropriate
• Ability to manage time and responsibilities to meet deadlines
• Ability to work with subcontractors and union personnel.
• Extensive experience with commercial projects and structural concrete
